Acceptance of Terms
The following are the terms and conditions for use of the CareerTV.com Web site and related services (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by CTV Global ("CareerTV"). Please read them carefully. The Service is only provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old, and it is offered to you subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms of Use"). If you are not at least 18 years of age or if you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, then do not access or use this Web site.

Modification of Terms
CareerTV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use and other policies regarding the use of the Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use or other policies constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Registration: Member Account, Password, and Security
To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing CareerTV with current, complete, and accurate information. During registration, you will be required to supply (among other things) your name, address, and legitimate e-mail address, and you must also choose a user name and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CareerTV immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Member Rules and Conduct
The Service is provided only to individuals, and only for their personal use. Any unauthorized commercial use (including, without limitation, any resale) of the Service is expressly prohibited. As a condition of your use, you promise to CareerTV that you will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your postings and transmissions to or via the Service. You agree that you will not harvest or collect information about the users or members of the Service Web site or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications, nor will you attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service, through password mining or any other means.
Content
CareerTV has no obligation to monitor the Service or any member's use thereof or to retain the content of any member's session. However, CareerTV reserves the right at all times and without notice to monitor, review, retain, or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. CareerTV encourages the use of our message boards for the purpose they are intended -- as a constructive forum for the discussion of ideas and experiences of interest to MBA students. Message Boards are designed for a community of insiders and observers. CareerTV and its agents have the right, at their sole discretion, to remove at any time any content that, in CareerTVŐs judgment, does not comply with the Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. CareerTV is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content. CareerTV may immediately terminate or suspend access to any message boards for violations of these guidelines. You should not post any confidential content or other information that you wish to keep secret because all content becomes publicly available to all users of the Service.
Third-party Sites
The Service may produce automated search results or otherwise link you to other Web sites on the Internet. These Web sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other Web sites are not under CareerTVŐs control, and you acknowledge that CareerTV is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, appropriateness, or any other aspect of the content of such Web sites. The inclusion of any such link does not imply endorsement of the Web site by CareerTV or any association with its operators.
Participation In Promotions Of Affiliates
Any dealings with advertisers and other vendors (collectively, "Site Affiliates") on the Service or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the Site Affiliate or other third party. Member's License To CareerTV

grant CareerTV and its affiliated companies and licensees the irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed, promote, and make derivative works of the content in any form, anywhere and for any purpose; represent and warrant to CareerTV that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to such content and that public posting and use of your content by CareerTV will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party; and, acknowledge that the content will become publicly available to users of the Service.

Indemnification

CareerTV reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with CareerTV in asserting any available defenses.
International Use
CareerTV makes no representation that the information, materials, or other content on this Web site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing the Service from territories where such content is illegal is prohibited. Disputes; Choice Of Law and Forum

Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue the use of the Service. CareerTV has no obligation to maintain any content in your account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
